Ingredients for Salmon Spinach Recipe
  • 400 grams of salmon
  • 4 tomatoes _
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or grape juice)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Salmon Spinach Recipe?

  • First thing, clean the salmon from its skin and bones and cut it into cubes. Then sear the fish well in hot butter in a pan.
  • Place the sealed fish pieces in another pan and saute the small chopped garlic in oil for 1 minute in the same pan.
  • Put the pot on the stove, add the garlic, then add the medium size chopped parsley. After adding salt and pepper, chop the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the top.
  • Close the lid and let it cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
