  • 70 grams salmon fillet (diced)
  • 1 avocado (diced )
  • 1/2 red onion ( diced)
  • 2 sprigs of spring onion (chopped)
  • 2 pickled gherkins ( diced)
  • 1 tablespoon capers (chopped)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

For Sub Base:

  • 1 biscuit (salted )

For the above:

  • 2 capers (large size )
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint

How to Make Salmon Tartar Recipe?
