Ingredients for Sardine Pan Recipe
  • 500 grams of sardine fish
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For Frying:

  • 4 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Sardine Pan Recipe?

  • Carefully clean the insides of the sardines from which you removed the heads. Leave the fish you washed in plenty of water in a strainer to drain the excess water. Mix corn flour and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Coat the fish in cornmeal. Shake to remove excess and place on a plate.
  • Take oil into the pan. Arrange the fish in the pan in a round shape and without interruption, with the tails facing inwards. Pour oil on top and cook.
  • Cover it with a flat plate or lid.
  • While turning the fish over, drain the excess oil into a bowl.
  • Turn it over and fry the other side.
  • You can put it on a serving plate and serve the sardine pan with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
