  • 2 salmon fillets (200 grams each )
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

For service:

  • 1 large potato
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Sauce Salmon Recipe?

  • Peel the potatoes, grate them coarsely, squeeze the juices with your hands and place them in a pan. Add butter, salt, black pepper and milk, stir and cook, uncovered, over low heat until the potatoes are golden brown.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a container with a lid, add all the other ingredients, mix and cook covered over medium heat. You can add water little by little as the sauce thickens.
