Ingredients for Sea Bass in Coconut Milk Recipe
  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 1 medium sized zucchini
  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 3 small red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1.5 capia peppers
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tea glass of flaked almonds
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For marinating the fish:

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For corn:

  • 1 corn _
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Sea Bass in Coconut Milk Recipe?

  • Divide the filleted fish into two equal parts.
  • Then drizzle lemon olive oil on it and add black pepper and salt. Add the bay leaves and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, set the oven to 170 degrees. Cool baking paper on a baking tray. Place the marinated fish.
  • Cover it again with baking paper, put it in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cut the corn into 5 - 6 pieces with the help of a sharp knife.
  • Line a small baking tray with wax paper. Peel 1 clove of garlic, chop it into small pieces and place 1 or 2 into the corn.
  • Add salt and pepper to it, drizzle the cream over it very thinly and let it sit.
  • After washing the zucchinis, cut them into cubes without peeling them.
  • Chop the onions into white pieces. Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces.
  • Chop the carrot and red pepper into thin strips.
  • Add butter to the pot. Add the onion and garlic. After mixing, add the red peppers, carrots and zucchini and mix.
  • Add coconut milk and lemon juice to the vegetables, then add the spices and mix well. Add half a tea glass of hot water and turn the heat down.
  • Take your cooked fish out of the oven. Then turn the oven temperature to 200 and cook the corn for 10-12 minutes.
  • When the vegetables are almost cooked, add half of the almonds to the pot and turn off the stove after 5 minutes.
  • Take two pieces of cooked corn on a plate. Add the fish and pour the vegetable sauce over the fish.
  • Add the remaining flaked almonds over the fish and serve.
