  • 2 sea bass fillets (skinless)
  • Juice of 1.5 limes (or lemon)
  • Grated peel of 1 lime
  • 1/2 orange zest
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf

How to Make Sea Bass Marinade Recipe?

  • Clean the sea bass bones. Chop long and thin.
  • Chop the onion finely and rub it with plenty of salt. Add plenty of cold water and let it sit for 1 hour. Then wash and drain.
  • For the sauce, mix lime and orange juice, mustard and olive oil, peels, salt and sugar.
