  • 2 leeks _
  • 10 cultivated mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 sea bass (2 fillets)

How to Make Sea Bass Recipe with Leeks, Cream and Mushrooms?

  • Julienne the white parts of the leeks and keep them in a bowl filled with water.
  • Remove the tough parts of the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
  • Heat a deep and wide pan over high heat, put the mushrooms in it and start roasting without reducing the heat. Add olive oil to the pan and continue cooking.
