Ingredients for Sea Bass with Almonds Recipe
  • 1 medium- sized sea bass (400 grams)
  • 100 ml. White wine
  • 1/2 medium sized green pepper
  • 1/2 medium sized red pepper
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 25 grams roasted almonds
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 40 ml. This
  • 5 ml. olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 bunch of dill
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley

How to Make Sea Bass with Almonds Recipe?

  • Remove the bones from the medium-sized sea bass you have cleaned. Cut it into fillet-shaped slices, leaving the skin on.
  • Chop the medium-sized green and red peppers, whose seeds have been removed, into half-moon shapes. Slice the tomato, removing the stem part, into rings. Finely chop the parsley and dill you have separated.
  • Heat the olive oil in a wide-based pan. Fry the skinned parts of two filleted sea bass over high heat.
  • Add lemon, tomato slices, chopped pepper pieces, finely chopped parsley and dill, roasted almonds, sea salt, bay leaves and black peppercorns to the pan.
  • After adding the white wine, cook the sea bass with vegetables and spices for about 5 minutes to remove the alcohol.
  • Finally; Add butter and water to the fish, cook it in a covered pan over medium heat for another 5 minutes, then serve it hot without waiting. Share with your loved ones.
