Whether grilled, pan-fried or oven-baked, sea bream is always a favorite when it's in season. There are a few secrets to cooking white-meat sea bream in the oven without losing its juiciness. The sauce you prepare with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice prevents the fish from drying out. The fresh herbs you add on it will give a pleasant smell and aroma.

- 1 large size sea bream
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 onion _
- 1 small size potato
- 1 green pepper
- 1 capia pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 bay leaves
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon (heaping) salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
To Decorate:
- 2 slices of lemon
- 1 pinch of fresh rosemary (optional)
- 1 pinch of fresh thyme (optional)
How to Make Sea Bream Recipe?
- After removing the scales and washing the sea bream in plenty of water, remove excess water with the help of paper towels. Make a scratch on them and salt the belly parts of the fish. Place it in a greased baking dish and place the onions chopped into rings inside.
- Place the potatoes cut into rings in the baking dish.
- Then add coarsely chopped red capsicum and green pepper.
- Add coarsely chopped garlic for flavor.
- Finally, add the fresh herbs and bay leaf.
- Mix the olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, black pepper and salt in a bowl and pour the sauce over the fish.
- Finally, garnish with fresh herbs and lemon slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
