  • 2 sea bream
  • 500 grams of baby potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 bay leaves

How to Make Sea Bream Recipe in an Oven Bag?

  • Take the fins and bones of your fish and prepare them in the shape of a butterfly. You can also ask your fisherman for this procedure.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. You can use medium sized potatoes instead of baby potatoes and cut the potatoes into quarters.
  • For the sauce, grate the tomato and put it in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, thinly sliced garlic, olive oil and lemon juice and mix.
  • Pour some of the sauce inside and outside the fish and add a bay leaf inside each. Mix the potatoes with the sauce and place them in the oven bag. Place the fish on top of the potatoes and pour the remaining sauce into the bag.
  • Tie the mouth of the oven bag, make a few holes on it with a toothpick and squeeze out the air. Place the bag on the baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
