Ingredients for Sea Scallop Recipe
  • 3 scallops _

For marination:

  • 50cl . olive oil
  • 2 grams of fresh thyme
  • 2 grams maldon salt
  • 2 grams of white pepper

For the tarator sauce:

  • 4 slices of stale bread
  • 300 ml. milk
  • 150 ml. cream
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  • 5 cloves of garlic puree

For service:

  • 1 tablespoon mint puree
  • 1.5 tablespoons of edible soil

How to Make Sea Scallop Recipe?

  • Seal the scallops marinated with olive oil, fresh thyme, Maldon salt and white pepper by turning them upside down in a hot pan.
  • To prepare tarator sauce; Crumble the stale bread crumbs. Mix with milk, cream, mayonnaise, salt, freshly ground white pepper and garlic puree.
  • Place 1/2 tablespoon of edible soil on a serving plate to form three eye shapes. Add the tarator sauce you prepared on top.
  • Place the sealed scallops on these nests and share them with your loved ones, accompanied by mint sauce.
