For marination:
- 50cl . olive oil
- 2 grams of fresh thyme
- 2 grams maldon salt
- 2 grams of white pepper
For the tarator sauce:
- 4 slices of stale bread
- 300 ml. milk
- 150 ml. cream
- 100 grams of mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 5 cloves of garlic puree
For service:
- 1 tablespoon mint puree
- 1.5 tablespoons of edible soil
How to Make Sea Scallop Recipe?
- Seal the scallops marinated with olive oil, fresh thyme, Maldon salt and white pepper by turning them upside down in a hot pan.
- To prepare tarator sauce; Crumble the stale bread crumbs. Mix with milk, cream, mayonnaise, salt, freshly ground white pepper and garlic puree.
- Place 1/2 tablespoon of edible soil on a serving plate to form three eye shapes. Add the tarator sauce you prepared on top.
