  • 100 grams of squid
  • 60 grams of shrimp
  • 50 grams of sea bass
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 5-6 shallots _
  • 60 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 small tomato
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 1/2 tea glass of salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
  • 50 grams of cream
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

How to Make Seafood Stew Recipe?

  • Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them thinly. Remove the seeds and juicy parts of the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Leave the peeled shallots whole.
  • Cut the colored peppers in half, remove their seeds and cut them into cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the parsley leaves you will add after the cooking process. Chop the squid and sea bass into equal sizes. Leave the shrimp whole.
  • Heat the sunflower oil in a deep pan. Sauté the squid, shallots and shrimps over high heat. Add chopped garlic and white wine and stir.
  • Respectively; Add colored peppers, mushrooms, sea bass, salt, black pepper and tomato cubes and continue the sautéing process.
  • Finally, add the cream and chopped parsley leaves and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from the stove. Share it hot with your loved ones without waiting.
