Ingredients for Marinated Shrimp and Sea Bass Recipe

For Seasoned Shrimp:

  • 200 grams of shrimp

To boil the shrimps:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1/2 medium sized onion
  • 1/2 medium size carrot
  • 1 celery stalk

For finishing:

  • 10 ml. olive oil
  • juice of 1/8 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink pepper

For the Sea Bass Marinade:

  • 150 grams of sea bass fillet
  • 30 ml. apple cider vinegar
  • 30 ml. This
  • 3 grams of cardamom
  • 3 grams of cloves
  • 3 grams coriander
  • 3 grams of garlic
  • 10 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make Seasoned Shrimp and Sea Bass Pickle Recipe?

  • To boil the shrimps; Chop the carrot, onion and celery stalk into large pieces.
  • Transfer the drinking water and chopped vegetables into the pot. Boil the water.
  • Boil the shrimps, which you have washed in plenty of water, whole in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
  • After cooling the boiled shrimps quickly, remove their shells.
  • For the sauce that will add flavor to the shrimps; Mix lemon juice, olive oil, very finely chopped dill, salt, white and pink pepper in a small bowl.
  • Marinate the boiled and cleaned jumbo shrimps in the sauce mixture you prepared.
  • To prepare sea bass pickle; Transfer apple cider vinegar, water, cardamom, cloves, coriander, garlic, granulated sugar, bay leaf, salt and cinnamon stick into a small sauce pot.
  • Boil the mixture for 2-3 minutes to allow the aroma of the spices to pass into the water.
  • Cook the filleted sea bass pieces that you cut into small pieces, turning them upside down on the grill.
  • After keeping the grilled sea bass in the boiled sauce mixture, serve it cold with seasoned shrimp. Share with your loved ones.
