Ingredients for Shrimp Casserole Recipe
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 green peppers
  • 10 mushrooms _
  • 2 garlic cloves ( sliced)
  • 3 tomatoes (peeled and chopped )
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 12 jumbo shrimps ( cleaned)
  • 70 grams grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Shrimp Casserole Recipe?

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions you chopped and cook until they become transparent.
  • Add the chopped green peppers, mushrooms and sliced garlic and continue cooking. Once they are all lightly colored, add the peeled and diced tomatoes.
  • Then add the spices, mix and add the water. After the tomatoes release their juice and start to take color, add the bay leaves and place the cleaned shrimps on top. Stir and remove from heat after 1-2 minutes.
  • Distribute the mixture you prepared evenly into the flat casseroles. Add grated cheddar cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 185 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. After removing from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes and serve.
