  • 1 pancake dough
  • 120 grams peeled jumbo shrimp
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 asparagus _
  • 1 gram of salt
  • 1 gram of garlic
  • 1 gram of freshly ground black pepper
  • 10 grams of cream
  • 30 grams of béchamel sauce
  • 30 grams grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter

How to Make Shrimp Crepes Recipe?

  • Chop the asparagus, peeled thinly, and the ripe avocado into small pieces.
  • Melt the butter in a cast iron pan over low heat. Add the cleaned jumbo shrimps. Add the asparagus and avocados chopped into small pieces.
