Try shrimp like this! It's such a delicious recipe that you'll never want to eat another manti again. Introducing shrimp ravioli.
- 200 grams of shrimp
- 1 piece of dough
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
How to Make Shrimp Ravioli Recipe?
- Place our cleaned shrimps on a plate and mix them well with salt and pepper.
- Cut the dough into long strips, 2 fingers thick. Take a strip of your phyllo, put 1 shrimp in it, wrap it in 3-4 turns, cut off the end of the phyllo, and close it by dipping it in water.
- Follow this process until all your shrimps are gone. Fry the shrimp manti you have prepared in plenty of oil until they turn golden brown.
- Place the fried manti on a plate and pour garlic yoghurt over them. Melt the butter, add ground red pepper and mint and keep it on the stove for a little while until the smell disappears.
