How to Make Shrimp Stew Recipe?
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan.
- Add 1 large diced tomato, tomato paste and puree to the heated oil and dilute it a little.
- When bubbles start to appear, crush 2 cloves of garlic and slice them thinly and add them into the sauce. Throw the washed and thinly sliced mushrooms into the pan and let them cook.
- After your mushrooms are cooked, throw 450 grams of cleaned frozen shrimp into your sauce, cover the lid and cook.
