You can prepare jumbo shrimps in hot sauce in a practical way, cook them in a short time, or add flavor to them by adding Chili Thai sauce, which we assume you have prepared beforehand.

- 800 grams peeled jumbo shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 dried chili peppers
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 5 grams of fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make Spicy, Creamy Shrimp Recipe?
- Wash the shrimps in plenty of water and dry them with paper towels.
- Grate the garlic. Grate the fresh ginger that you peeled. Heat the olive oil in a cast iron pan if possible.
- Fry the garlic in olive oil for 1 minute to give it its aroma. Add the peeled shrimps and sauté over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ketchup, diluted with tomato juice, dried chili peppers for spiciness, vinegar, grated ginger, freshly ground black pepper and salt.
- Boil the sautéed shrimps in tomato sauce for 3-4 minutes. Add corn starch and mix to make the sauce more thick and its color clear.
