Ingredients for Squid in Paper Recipe
  • 700 grams of baby squid
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 5 grams of hot pepper powder
  • 2 grams chopped dried cayenne pepper
  • 5 grams of sea salt

For the sauce:

  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 5 grams of capers
  • 25 grams of red onion
  • 3 grams freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 5 grams of salt
  • 2 grams of black pepper

To fry:

  • 2 cups sunflower oil

For service:

  • 2 paper bags
  • 1 medium sized lemon

How to Make Squid Recipe in Paper?

  • Remove the internal organs of the squid you purchased whole by pulling it from the tail. Quickly pull off the skin on the outside of the squid, holding it by the tip.
