  • 500 grams of anchovy
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1 lemon _
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tea glass of water

How to Make Steamed Anchovy Recipe?

  • Wash the cleaned anchovies well with plenty of water and place them in a large pan.
  • Place the chopped onion, tomatoes and lemon slices on top.
  • Separate the parsley from its stems and sprinkle. After sprinkling salt and pepper, pour 1 tea glass of water on top.
  • Cover the pan and let it cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot at the end of the cooking time.
