Ingredients for Steamed Salmon Recipe
  • 150 grams of salmon fillet
  • 40 grams of carrots
  • 50 grams of broccoli
  • 80 grams of cauliflower
  • 25 grams of green beans
  • 40 grams of cocktail tomatoes
  • 50 grams of pumpkin
  • 20 grams of mini beets
  • 40 grams of pumpkin
  • 5 grams of macro greens
  • 10 grams of soybean sprouts
  • 20 grams of red beet

For the ponzu sauce:

  • 40 ml. soy sauce
  • 1 medium sized lime
  • 1.5 grams of fresh ginger
  • 1.5 grams of Mexican pepper
  • 0.5 grams of black pepper
  • 8 ml. corn oil

How to Make Steamed Salmon Recipe?

  • After washing all the vegetables, cut them into small pieces. Place the vegetables in the steam basket.
  • Place the basket filled with vegetables over the pot of boiling water so that it does not touch the water. Close the lid.
  • Let the vegetables start cooking with the steam entering through the holes at the bottom of the basket (perforated bamboo basket).
  • When the vegetables start to soften, place the salmon fillets cut into large pieces on top of the vegetables. Continue cooking for about 5 more minutes.
  • For the ponzu sauce; Mix soy sauce and corn oil in a small bowl with a whisk. Flavor with freshly squeezed lime juice, finely chopped Mexican pepper, fresh ginger and freshly ground black pepper.
