- 3 pieces of salmon (cleaned and portioned)
- 4 tomatoes _
- 6 basil leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion _
- 6 olives (pits removed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make Steamed Salmon Recipe?
- First of all, we wash the salmon in cold water. Then, we dry our salmon, marinate it with salt and olive oil, and place our salmon on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- We cook at 180 degrees for about 7 minutes. In a separate pan, we julienne our onions and sauté them with a little olive oil. After they get a little color, we add the finely chopped garlic and continue frying.
- We grate our tomatoes, then combine them with onion and garlic in the pan and cook them a little more. Then we add our olives, saute them for another 1-2 minutes, and finally add the basil we chopped into it, mix it and add the spices.
- We take our salmon from the oven, put it in the pan with tomato sauce, pour the sauce on it with the help of a spoon, turn off the heat and let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Then you can put the salmon on a serving plate, pour the remaining sauce on it and serve.
