  • 1 kilogram of sardine fish
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 tomato _
  • 1 lemon _
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil

How to Make Steamed Sardine Recipe?

  • Chop the onion julienne. Parsley leaves are separated. Lemons are also cut into half-moon shapes. After peeling the tomato skin, cut it into half-moon shapes.
  • In a bowl, pour olive oil over the onion, add salt and black pepper and mix well. Then the onions are placed on the baking paper we placed on the tray. Cleaned and salted sardines are placed on top.
