Ingredients for Steamed Sea Bass Recipe
  • 2 sea bass
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 potato _
  • 1 carrot _
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For service:

  • 1 lemon _
  • 6-7 branches of arugula

How to Make Steamed Sea Bass Recipe?

  • Finely chop the onion into half rings and finely chop the garlic.
  • Lightly oil the fish with some olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper over the tops, turning them on both sides.
  • Stuff the chopped onion and garlic into the fish's belly and place the fish in a heat-resistant baking dish. Place bay leaves on the belly of the fish.
  • Chop the potatoes, carrots and tomatoes into slices and sprinkle them over the fish in the baking dish.
  • Drizzle some more olive oil over them and salt the vegetables.
  • Cover the top of the baking tray well with baking paper, preventing any air from getting in. Press the edges of the baking paper onto the baking tray firmly to prevent air from getting in.
  • Bake your baking dish in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • At the end of the cooking time, remove the container from the oven and carefully remove the baking paper on it. The fish will be well cooked and release its delicious juices.
  • Place the fish on a serving plate, place the potatoes, carrots and tomatoes on the edge of the plate.
  • Serve hot by garnishing with sliced lemon and arugula leaves.
