How to Make Steamed Sea Bass Recipe?
- First, if you haven't bought it filleted from your fishmonger, fillet the sea bass by cutting it in half. Remove all the bones with your hand or with fish tweezers if you have them.
- Remove the skin from the fillets and cut them into 3-4 pieces.
- For fish broth, place the head and bony parts of the fish in a pot.
- Add onion, bay leaf, black pepper, salt and water and cook for at least half an hour. Once the fish broth is formed, strain it with a strainer and keep it aside.
- Pour olive oil into a pan and add the onions cut into half moons. Add the garlic you chopped into small pieces and the potatoes you cut into half moons and fry.
- Chop the pepper and tomatoes as well. Add tomato paste and mix. Add peppers, tomatoes and spices, cover and wait for them to cook a little.
- First, pour all the vegetables you prepared onto a tray. Place the sea bass on it.
- Add the fish stock, add the butter pieces and cover it with aluminum foil to prevent air tightness. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
