We cook sea bream, the apple of the eye of the winter months, using the steaming method, which is a delicious cooking method. Afterwards, we see a delicious fish that will fall apart on the fork.

Ingredients for Steamed Sea Bream Recipe
  • 1 piece of sea bream
  • 3-4 grated tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 6 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 village peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 potato _
  • 1 lemon _
  • 1 tea glass of water

How to Make Steamed Sea Bream Recipe?

  • Add olive oil to the steel pan and heat for 1 minute. Arrange the onions, which you cut into half-centimeter thick rings, into the pan without deforming them.
  • After 1 minute, add the peppers that you cut obliquely into rings, distributing them into the pan.
  • Chop the potatoes into half-centimeter thick rings and place them on top of the vegetables in the pan.
  • Chop the garlic finely and distribute it all over the pan. Chop the lemon into rings and add them.
  • Sprinkle salt on the vegetables that have been in the pan for about 5 minutes, then add the tomato puree and 1 tea glass of water.
  • Before adding the sea bream to the pan, make a few scratches on its skin for visual appeal and then add it whole to the pan.
  • Crumple and wet the wax paper you will cut according to the size of the pan. Open the crumpled wax paper and cover it on the pan.
  • Bake in a preheated 200 degree fan oven for 25 minutes.
  • Take the pan out of the oven, discard the baking paper, chop the butter and add it to the vegetables.
  • After keeping it in the oven for 5 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the finely chopped parsley on top. After resting for 2-3 minutes, it is ready to serve. Enjoy your meal.
