  • 1 nori (edible seaweed)
  • 1 slice salmon fillet (or tuna)
  • 2 slices of cucumber (thin)
  • 1 bowl of sushi rice
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi
  • 2-3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame
  • 1 bowl of soy sauce

How to Make Sushi Recipe?

  • Place the bamboo mat wrapped in stretch film on the counter. Spread the moss on it and soak it with vinegar.
  • Spread the sushi rice so that 1 inch of the seaweed is left empty.
  • Spread a strip of wasabi (you can spread it if you wish) right in the middle of the rice.
  • Place sliced cucumber and finger-width raw salmon or tuna cut into strips on the wasabi-smeared portion. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Lift the part of the mat facing you slightly and wrap it up to the gap left by one finger, without pressing.
  • Lift the bamboo, cover the remaining space on it and ensure that it sticks.
