We cannot always find sushi everywhere, and for those who are curious about its taste or miss it, I am sharing with you the recipe that I always make. Thank you in advance.

 
Ingredients for Sushi Recipe

For sushi:

  • 1.5 cups sushi rice
  • 2.5 glasses of water
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 5 leaves of salmon
  • 1 small bowl of soy sauce (to eat with sushi)

Inner material (optional):

  • 1 surimi ( crab )
  • 1 piece of salmon
  • 1 avocado _
  • 1 cucumber _
  • 1 carrot _
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi

How to Make Sushi Recipe?

  • Let's wash our rice in a bowl of hot water and leave it in hot water for 15 minutes.
  • Then, let's drain the water, put it in a pot and add 2.5 glasses of water.
  • I first turn on low heat and then increase the setting. Be careful as the rice may overflow at this stage and stir occasionally.
  • Put the cooked rice in a deep bowl, add olive oil, sugar, salt and vinegar while it is hot and mix well.
  • Then place the moss on our bamboo mat (wrap the mat with clear foil).
  • Wet our hands, take the rice in our hands, shape it into a ball and spread it over the seaweed, not too thickly.
  • Then add whatever ingredients you want to put on it (I added salmon and avocado) and wrap the mat by pressing it tightly.
  • Then slice it with a wet knife and it's ready. You can serve it with soy sauce. Enjoy your meal.
