Ingredients for Tornado Crab Roll Sushi Recipe
  • 1/2 nori (edible seaweed)
  • 100 grams of boiled sushi rice
  • 30 grams crab surimi
  • 60 grams of cucumber
  • 30 grams of avocado
  • 5 grams unagi sauce

For coating:

  • 100 grams of finely chopped potatoes

How to Make Tornado Crab Roll Sushi Recipe?

  • Cut a ripe, softened avocado in half. Remove the large core in the middle. After peeling them thinly, slice them into long thin pieces.
  • Cut the small cucumber, which you washed in plenty of water, into long thin strips without peeling it. Do not use by removing the middle, seeded parts.
  • Unroll the bamboo mat you will use to roll the sushi on the kitchen counter. Cover it with stretch film. Then place half a sheet of nori in the middle.
  • Place compressed crab meat surimi pieces, cucumber pieces and avocado slices lengthwise.

  • Cover it with stretch film. Spread the thinly sliced spaghetti-shaped potatoes in the middle.
  • Called Tezu sauce; Take the boiled sushi rice that you have mixed with boiled rice vinegar, granulated sugar and salt.
  • Spread the thinly sliced potatoes in the middle, leaving a margin at the edges. Add unagi sauce. Place the first sushi roll in the middle and roll it a second time with a bamboo mat.
