In fact, trout do not have such a sharp time frame as the prominent fish of the season. It is possible to eat trout grown in small and large farms in almost every season.
We baked the trout, which you can bake in the oven with the addition of a little butter and spices, and which you can also prepare to fry, accompanied by onion and orange slices in packages made of wax paper. We uncovered the fish, which were cooked in their own juice with different flavors, at the last stage so that they could fry. How to Make Trout Recipe?
- Wash the trout after cleaning its insides in plenty of water and drain the excess water. Do not cut the fish exactly in half after opening its belly.
- Cut the orange and onion into thin slices. In a small bowl; Prepare an oily sauce by mixing sunflower oil, mint, thyme, chili pepper, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cut large-sized wax paper in direct proportion to the number of fish.
- Brush the inside of the fish with the sauce you prepared. Place the onion and orange slices and spread the sauce on the top and bottom of the fish, and place them on wax paper. Wrap it as a package.
- Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, open the baking paper and cook the fish for another 20 minutes to fry and serve hot.
