For salmon:
- 2 salmon _
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
For pesto sauce:
- 1/2 bunch of basil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
For Tuile:
- 30 grams of oil
- 10 grams of flour
- 80 grams of water
- 2-3 teaspoons of ground red pepper
- 10 grams of red food coloring
How to Make Tuile Salmon Recipe?
- Mix all the ingredients for the tuile well and cook in the pan until it dries.
- Place it on a napkin and let it cool. Use it to decorate your plate.
- For pesto sauce, blend all ingredients except olive oil.
- Slowly add olive oil to it to get a sauce consistency. (You can also use ready-made pesto sauce if you want.)
- For the salmon: mix all the spices and garlic in olive oil.
- Pour the oil mixture you prepared over the fish and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce on the plate you will serve it on, place your fish on it and enjoy.
- You can roast 1 tablespoon of the pine nuts you use for pesto sauce and use them in the plate presentation.
