- 1 tuna fish ( 80 grams)
- 1 egg _
- 4-5 sprigs of parsley (according to desire)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 5 level tablespoons of breadcrumbs
How to Make Tuna Meatballs Recipe?
- Strain the oil from the tuna. Wash the parsley and chop it finely.
- Add tuna, parsley, egg, lemon juice and breadcrumbs to a deep bowl.
- Knead the mixture well and shape it into meatballs.
- Put a little oil in a non-stick (teflon) pan and heat the bottom of the pan.
- Place the prepared meatballs in the pan and cook until golden brown. Enjoy your meal.
