  • 3 large boiled potatoes
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour (heaping)
  • 2 tablespoons flour ( heaping)
  • 3-4 sprigs of spring onion
  • 200 grams of tuna
  • 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce (salsa macha)
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cajun spice
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of plain oil (for frying)

How to Make Tuna Potato Patties Recipe?

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water and peel them. Put it in a deep bowl, crush it and add all the other ingredients. Bring it together and knead well.
  • With the help of an ice cream scoop or your hand, form balls of equal size, larger than walnuts.
  • Roll these balls in some flour that you put on the plate, shake off the excess flour and press them a little to form meatballs.
  • Fry both sides in the plain oil or sunflower oil you put in the pan.
