Ingredients for Tuna Quinoa Salad Recipe
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1.5 glasses of water
  • 200 grams canned tuna
  • 2 cucumbers _
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 sprigs of spring onion
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grape vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Tuna Quinoa Salad Recipe?

  • Leave the quinoa in a large bowl with enough water to cover it. Transfer the swollen quinoa to a strainer.
  • After rinsing in plenty of water, drain the water and transfer it to the pot. Add approximately 1.5 cups of water to cover it and cook in a covered pot for about 15 minutes.
  • To prevent the drained and boiled quinoa from sticking together, stir it with a wooden spoon and let it cool.
  • Chop the peeled cucumbers into large cubes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Chop the spring onions into rings. Finely chop the parsley and dill.
  • To prepare the salad sauce; Mix olive oil, grape vinegar and salt in a bowl.
  • Transfer the warm boiled quinoa and all the salad ingredients into a deep mixing bowl. After mixing it with the sauce, serve without waiting. Share with your loved ones.
