  • 2 stalks of leek

  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 tablespoons of flour

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric
  • 6 glasses of water
  • 1 celery leaf
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lemon _
  • 1 handful of dill

How to Make Turmeric Fish Soup Recipe?

  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the bonito and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Carefully remove the skin and bones. We will add the fish meat to the soup along with the spices.
  • Cut the leek into 4 lengthwise, chop it into small pieces and fry it in olive oil with crushed garlic. You can also add the oil left over from the fish in the tray.
  • Chop the carrot into small pieces and continue roasting with the leek.
  • When the carrots and leeks are cooked, add flour and fry.
  • Add water little by little while stirring. Do not use hot water to prevent lumps.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and let it boil. When the soup is cooked, remove the bay leaves and celery leaves if you wish.
