Ingredients for Adana Kebab Recipe
  • 600 grams of minced meat (mixed lamb and beef)
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
  • 1 capia pepper ( optional)

How to Make Adana Kebab Recipe?

  • Add chili pepper to the minced meat and knead for 15 minutes.
  • Then add salt, capsicum and butter and continue kneading for another 5 minutes.
  • Wet your hands occasionally while kneading. In this way, the kneading process will be easier. Knead until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
  • Take pieces from the thickened minced meat and thread them onto skewers.
  • Put it in the refrigerator to rest for at least 5-6 hours.
  • At the end of the time, you can cook it either in the oven or in a pan. You can bake it in the oven by turning it upside down for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. If you wish, you can bake it on a baking tray lined with baking paper or on an oven grill.
  • You can serve it with plenty of garnish and ayran. Enjoy your meal.
