  • 250 grams medium fat lamb mince
  • 500 grams medium-fat ground beef
  • 3 capia peppers
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of isot
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 100 grams of tail fat

How to Make Adana Kebab Recipe at Home?

  • First of all, chop the pepper, garlic and onion into small pieces (with armor if you have armor), or if you do not have time, put them in a food processor, drain the water and use.
