- 500 grams of lamb liver
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- The livers, chopped into medium-sized pieces, are coated in flour, shaken off the excess, and fried in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Place it on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. The process continues until all lungs are consumed.
- Place the livers on top of a salad mixed with finely chopped parsley, half-moon-shaped red onion and sumac.
