  • The livers, chopped into medium-sized pieces, are coated in flour, shaken off the excess, and fried in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Place it on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. The process continues until all lungs are consumed.
  • Place the livers on top of a salad mixed with finely chopped parsley, half-moon-shaped red onion and sumac.
  • Lightly drizzle the frying oil over the livers. Sprinkle some salt. Enjoy your meal.
