Ingredients for Algerian Kebab Recipe
  • 800 grams of tenderloin
  • 200 grams of sleepiness

  • 250 grams of sweet pepper paste
  • 100 grams of hot pepper paste
  • 3 grams of rosemary
  • 450 grams of tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

For service:

  • 2 pita bread (roasted in butter)
  • 300 grams of Antakya strained yoghurt
  • 4 roasted green peppers

How to Make Algerian Kebab Recipe?

  • After cleaning, julienne the tenderloin into long, thin pieces. Cut the sleepiness into large cubes. Mix it with olive oil and rosemary and marinate it.
  • To prepare the eggplant: Roast the eggplants with small holes in them on a grill or in a roasting pan. After peeling them, chop them into small pieces and keep them aside.

  • To prepare tomato sauce; Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan. Sauté the tomatoes until they get a light colour. Add sweet pepper and hot pepper paste and continue cooking the sauce until the water is absorbed. Finally, add the rosemary.
  • Cook the tenderloin slices and sleepy pieces that you soaked in the marinade mixture, turning them upside down on the grill.
  • Share the food you prepared among the serving plates. Place pitas on top, which you cut in half, sliced and then sautéed in butter with the addition of hot pepper.
  • Cover the pitas with tenderloin slices and sleepy pieces. Add the final touch of roasted green pepper to the serving plate on which you placed the garlic tomato sauce and Antakya strained yoghurt, and serve the kebab you prepared. Share with your loved ones.
