- 3 large eggplants

- 2.5 cups strained yoghurt

- 1/2 tea glass of oil
- 2 heaping tablespoons of butter
- 1 onion _
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make Ali Nazik Kebab with Minced Meat Recipe?
- First, put the minced meat in a pot and fry it until it releases its own juices.
- Then add the oils and when the minced meat is slightly browned, add the finely chopped onion and garlic and fry well.
- Lastly add tomato paste and spices and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Our minced meat mixture is ready.
- Roast the eggplants, peel them and chop them finely. (We roasted it on the stove)
