Ingredients for Alinazik Recipe
  • 300 grams of minced lamb
  • 1 bowl of roasted eggplant
  • 4 tablespoons
    Early Harvest Olive Oil
  • 1 bowl of strained yoghurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 red pepper

How to Make Alinazik Recipe?

  • Mash the eggplant on a board with a mortar and pestle. This process will ensure that the eggplants remain whiter. Put the eggplants in a bowl, add the garlic, rock salt and yoghurt, mix well and keep aside.
  • On the other hand, chop the peppers finely and start frying them with the minced meat in Komili Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Roast for 10 minutes and add the tomato paste and spices.
  • Roast for another 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
  • Spread the eggplant yoghurt on the bottom of the serving plate and pour the minced meat on it.
  • Add parsley on top and serve.
