Ingredients for Antep Pan Recipe
  • 250 grams of cubed veal
  • 1 potato _
  • 1 eggplant _
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 capia pepper

For the sauce:

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

How to Make Antep Pan Recipe?

  • Peel the potatoes and onions and cut them into cubes. Chop the pepper into cubes as well. Peel the eggplant in various colors and cut it into cubes. After chopping the tomatoes into cubes, place all the ingredients, including the meat, in a baking dish.
  • For the sauce; Take the tomato paste in a bowl. Add water and spices and grate the garlic. Mix well and pour over the ingredients on the tray.
