Ingredients for Arabian Pan Recipe
  • 6 potatoes _
  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 2 red capia peppers
  • 5 green peppers
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 tea glass of oil
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 2 teaspoons of salt

How to Make Arabian Pan Recipe?

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into very small cubes and set them aside.
  • Place the minced meat in a round oven tray and add the onion and potatoes cut into small cubes.
  • Finely chop the garlic and add it.
  • Add the tomatoes and peppers cut into small cubes.
  • Add tomato paste, oil, water and spices and knead well.
  • Spread the kneaded mixture well, smoothing the top so that it covers the baking tray.
  • Bake the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Slice and serve hot.
