For the oven casserole, which is a very practical dish, we put all the raw ingredients and cook them. A delicious main dish that you can serve with rice pilaf. - 500 grams of cubed meat (beef or lamb)
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 green pepper
- 2 potatoes _
- 1 eggplant _
- 1 onion _
- 4-5 cloves of garlic

- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of mint
- 1 glass of hot water
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste

How to Make Baked Casserole Recipe?
- First of all, wash all the ingredients well and chop them into large cubes. Add pieces of butter to the bottom of the casserole.
- Place onion and meat on top. Mix tomato paste, salt, thyme, mint and oil for the sauce in a bowl.
- Place all the chopped vegetables in a deep bowl. Pour the sauce over it and mix. Spread all the vegetables over the meat.
- Add a few sticks of butter on top. Add hot water.
- Soak the baking paper and place it on the casserole. Cover it with foil if you wish. We coated it, but those who do not want to coat it can add another layer of unwetted wax paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 2 hours.
