- 500 grams of minced meat
- 2 medium sized onions (grated)

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 eggplants _

- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 glass of hot water
- 1 grated tomato
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green peppers
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
How to Make Baked Eggplant Kebab Recipe?
- In a large bowl, add 500 grams of minced meat, 2 finely grated onions and half a bunch of parsley.
- Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 cup of bread crumbs and 1 teaspoon each of salt, chili pepper, cumin and black pepper.
- Then knead well and shape the meatballs you cut into egg-sized balls into round shapes.
- Combine the meatballs with 3 eggplants that you cut into two fingers thick.
- Arrange them in order and place them in the baking dish and fill the empty spaces with cherry tomatoes.
