How to Make Baked Eggplant with Meat and Cheddar Recipe?

  • Set the oven to 170 degrees.
  • Fry the long sliced eggplants in hot oil.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the shallot and garlic. Add the meat to the roasted onions and continue cooking over high heat until the water is released and absorbed.
  • Add the spices and tomato paste and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
