- 4 slices lamb neck meat
- 12 cloves black garlic
- 9 cloves of garlic

How to Make Baked Lamb Neck Recipe with Black Garlic and Vegetables?
- Put the butter in a deep pot, sear the meat over high heat until it changes color. At this stage, each side of the meat should only be heated for 1-2 minutes, no longer.
- Put the sealed meat in a cooking bag and put the vegetables in it. Divide the sweet potato and carrot into 4 pieces and add the peppers into 2 pieces. Put the other vegetables whole in the bag. Sprinkle with black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix water, tomato paste, soy sauce, olive oil, thyme, chili pepper and salt and pour over it. Tie the mouth of the bag and make holes in 2 places with a toothpick.
