We added a new one to the black garlic recipes. The name of the delicious dish we will give you the recipe for today: OVEN-BAKED LAMB NECK WITH BLACK GARLIC AND VEGETABLES. Cooking meat dishes with bones makes the food more delicious, but since we generally find it difficult to eat meat with bones, we use boneless meat more often. Lamb neck has only a bone in the middle and the meat is easily separated from this bone. We are happy to cook and share this delicious oven dish with black garlic flavor for the first time for you. We hope you enjoy it too.
