You've never seen meatballs like this! So cool and so delicious! It is prepared immediately and placed in the oven. Moreover, with its pastry-like shape, meatballs add humor to the tables!

Ingredients for Baked Meatballs Recipe
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 grated onion
  • 2 slices stale bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tea glass of water
  • 1 boiled potato ( grated)
  • 1 boiled carrot ( grated)
  • 100 grams grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Baked Meatballs Recipe?

  • Add minced meat, grated onion, stale bread crumbs, cumin, allspice, baking soda, salt and water to a bowl and knead well.
  • Take tangerine-sized pieces from the kneaded meatball dough, put them between two refrigerator bags to prevent them from sticking to the counter, and flatten them with a rolling pin or spoon.
  • Add boiled and grated potatoes, carrots and grated cheddar cheese and close it in a half-moon shape like a pastry.
  • Take the meatballs out of the freezer bag and place them in the oven tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake the meatballs in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes and serve hot.
