For the marbled meatballs:

  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper

  • 1 teaspoon meatball spring
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup flour (to coat the meatballs)

For the vegetable mixture:

  • 2 potatoes (diced )
  • 1 glass of oil (for frying)
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 carrots _
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tomatoes (peeled and diced )
  • 2.5 cups of peas

How to Make Baked Meatballs with Vegetables Recipe?

  • Knead all the meatball ingredients, except flour, in a large bowl.
  • After all the ingredients are combined, tear off walnut-sized pieces and shape them by rolling them in your hands.
  • Coat every part of the rolled meatballs in flour.
  • Pour oil into the pan and heat it for frying.
  • Fry the potatoes you cut into cubes in oil and after they are fried, remove them from the pan with the help of a colander.
  • Cook the meatballs in the pan until they are nicely browned on all sides, then set them aside.
  • Fry the finely chopped onion and carrot in a pan.
  • Add tomatoes, garlic, salt, chili pepper, black pepper and tomatoes and continue roasting. Set aside when half cooked.
  • Place the fried potatoes on the bottom of a rectangular baking mold.
  • Place the meatballs on top and add the peas. Mix the ingredients with the help of a spoon.
  • Pour the tomato, carrot and onion vegetable mixture on top and mix well.
