Ingredients for Baked Potato Doner Recipe
  • 5 potatoes (home - style chopped)
  • 400 grams of meat doner (sold in packages in markets)
  • 150 grams of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream

For the above:

  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder

How to Make Baked Potato Doner Recipe?

  • Fry the home-peeled potatoes in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
  • Heat the packet doner kebab well in the pan, remove it from the stove before it browns too much.
  • Place half of the potatoes you cooked first in a heat-resistant baking dish, sprinkle cheddar cheese and cream on them and cover them with half of the heated doner kebab.
  • Repeat the same process with the remaining ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • As soon as it comes out of the oven, slice it, put it on serving plates, pour the heated butter with red pepper powder on top and serve.
